Cora had a marvelous time today collecting Easter eggs at her friend Oliver's house. We gave her a basket and told her to collect some colored eggs in the yard. Off she went. Instinctively, she seemed to know what to do.
Some of the Moms thought it might be a good idea to just hide toys in the yard, as it seems that our tots were content for over an hour of looking for and re-hiding the eggs.
Cora took a long nap after her run-a-round with friends while Mom and Dad planted two rhododendrons, a hydrangea and a Japanese maple.

The bonnet is from Aunt Gabrielle :-) Cora actually picked it out to wear. I do remember the bonnet and dress you made me... wow, that was a log time ago.
Cora went after, collected, demolished and ate decorated hard boiled eggs. She did get a small basket of fruit, cookies and yes a chocolate egg. Her response to eating chocolate: "Yummmm!"
